The Pitlane Cafe was born from a simple belief — that great food deserves a great story. Our chef has travelled across 15+ countries, and every dish on our menu carries a memory. The Chicken Fricassee was discovered in a vineyard bed-and-breakfast in wine country, while the Dutch Kapsalon came from years spent in Amsterdam.
The Burmese Khao Suey carries the warmth of Southeast Asia, and our momos are made from scratch, served with three homemade sauces. Every plate is crafted with intent and authenticity — not just ingredients.
